지난 5년 그리고 오랫 동안

정확히 5년전 4월 6일이후로 매년 이날이 기념일이 되었다. 2015년 4월 4일에 써두었던 바이블의 구절들은 지금도 계속 마음 속에 새겨두고 있다. 그 때의 그 글귀들을 다시 한번 옮겨본다.

 

Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26)

But you, Israel, my servant,
Jocob, whom I have chosen,
you descendants of Abraham my friend,
I took you from the ends of the earth,
from its farthest corners I called you.
I said, 'You are my servant';
I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:8-10)

"Remember, Lord, how I have walked before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes." (2 Kings 20:3)

Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me. (Psalm 23:4)

 "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request. (1 Chronicles 4:9)
